Instead of 30 passwords, the hacker now only has to figure out 1 password or crack 1. I get the need for good security - and I know security is not convenient. The difference between that and the "soft perma-unlocked" state I am wishing for is that the former is something I have no control over, and the latter is a calculated risk that is completely on me if something goes wrong. When playing Apex Legends and having 1Password 8 desktop open (If I forget to close it), I keep hitting the keyboard shortcut that looks to open a mini window which causes my game to minimize, and because I have Alt-Tab and Windows key locked when I play, I have to take 10s to close 1Password and tab back in by which.
